WebUpward provides branding, web design and development, AI automation, custom software development, deployment, and related digital services.

2. Project agreements

The scope, price, timeline, deliverables, revisions, and payment schedule for each project will be agreed upon before work begins. A separate proposal, quotation, or contract may apply.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, required materials, feedback, and approvals within a reasonable time. Clients confirm that they have permission to use all content they provide to us.

4. Payments and cancellations

Payment terms will be stated in the project agreement. Deposits or payments for completed work may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

5. Ownership

Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers as described in the project agreement and normally after full payment. WebUpward retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and reusable technology.

6. Third-party services

Projects may use third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, APIs, software platforms, and AI providers. Their separate terms, availability, pricing, and policies may apply.

7. Warranties and liability

We aim to provide reliable, professional work but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific search rankings, revenue, traffic, or business results. To the extent permitted by law, WebUpward and PatternBeyond L.L.C. are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the website or services.

8. Website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, submit harmful content, or violate applicable laws.
